Why?
Well due to ESRI (UK) we do not have a full version of ArcGIS 9.2
Until we get Arc/Info 9.2
(Arcview 9.2 is on EDN but mapperz needs to test arc/info functions)

but we do have the ArcGIS 9.2 Service Pack 1... how ironic
